Grove Grovellers, a name that tumbles off the lips like melting water, continue to play a brand of football little seen elsewhere in our septic isle. First fashioned in 1972 the Grovellers seek to make of 'the beautiful game' a fashion statement. Often the cry 'Your football is chic' is heard from the touchline and each week the effort is made to make the dancing pass, the flighted volley a matter of routine.

Excellent game against Claimfast and pleasure to see and chat with the opposition afterwards in the bar. Food as always was awesome and all contributed to a very pleasant atmosphere both during and after play. Next week Seeboard.
